During my lunch break I thought I'd stop by the local grocery store and help my sister out by getting some Halloween candy for her.
Instead of leaving it in my car, I brought it into my office.
And instead of leaving it in the kitchen, I put the bag on my desk.
And just to make sure that they weren't stale or anything, I ate one.
And one more, just in case.
And another.
HELP - SOMEONE STOP ME- I NEED AN INTERVENTION !!!!!

Can I join you?? Sounds like a great snack to me.
Morning Glory: you can have the whole bag! They are heavenly.
I could come help you finish them!
(That's probably not what you were thinking is it?!)
Great blog,
Sue
I understand completely! I think I may have possibly eaten 5 bags of Indian candy corn this season and it is hardly over yet!...Anyway, you couldn't really leave it in the car or it would have melted! You were just trying to be nice. :)
Same problem here. I can't have it in my house or I WILL eat the whole bloody bag!!! Can we get a two for one intervention????
I know exactly how you feel. You can't just eat one.
I'm sorry, I can't hear you. I have candy corn coming out of my ears! :-)
haa haa haa haa
Stopped by 'cause I saw you on the Beth Moore blog...and about fell out of my chair laughing.
That's the stuff to blog about!!! haa I love it!
sounds just like something I would do and have done! enjoy life is too short not too
I do the exact same thing! I bought a bag of Heath bars and put them in the freezer....I honestly thought that would deter me! Well.....they are gone and my stomach aches...I think I need that intervention myself!
Oh Butterfingers...yum! When I was a kid, I use to pretend they were chocolate covered pieces of wood, only in a good way. :)
Thanks for stopping by this weekend!
Oh, I'm excited when someone adds me!!! Thanks!
Thanks for adding me to the blogroll! That always makes my day!
Blessings,
Sue
Great blog. I have to chuckle at the name as it compares to my own blog's name. Too cute!
About the chocolate- it is so important to be helpful these days. Whether we are out shopping for the candy er...uh...eating it!
I can't help. The official food of grief is carbs.
Oh, the joys: I know that you are going through such a difficult time with your grandmother's sudden passing....you and your family are in my prayers.
This is exactly why I refuse to buy my Halloween candy until October 31st. I have done this before.
